LONDON (AFP) – London's FTSE 100 climbed at the start of trading on Wednesday, adding 0.69 percent to 5,266.82 points.
The leading stock exchange showed little movement on Tuesday, as investors digested a batch of mixed earnings reports. The index slipped 0.09 percent to close at 5,230.55 points.
