The ad's punch line was "There's a reason you've never heard of 'bus rage.'"
Greyhound spokeswoman Abby Wambaugh said Wednesday two of the billboards are still up but that they want them removed as quickly as possible.
She says the company feels the ad, launched last year, could be offensive and that it is no longer appropriate. She says the ads only appeared in Canada.
Vince Weiguang Li, is charged with second-degree murder in the slaying of 22-year-old carnival worker Tim McLean.
