Human Dignity Under Threat The social tragedies that resulted from this new system of Patriot Act should be the center point of our discussion. The allusion that created with this new capitalist system the " War on Terror " is govern by the majority to monitor minority interest, affairs and freedom of minority which is creating mental health issue all over the world . What life would you expect for the minority under such pressure and some laws which are legislated to preserve special interest in the mind of the Leader of the Land . It is time to legislate a New American Patriot Act in the light of minority welfare by not neglecting the welfare of those who are already Patriotic Citizen of the United State of America. By singing Patriot Act I'm engaged in a constant struggle and a continuous fight to prove that I'm Patriotic Citizen. Post 911 Democratic mentality should preserve the minority's vital structure and defend them against injustice before mental, spiritual and moral values desire justice. The virus of this new democracy which started with this Administration is neglecting the welfare of those who are Pakistani, Indians and Middle Eastern but with Human Faith. It is natural that under spying system minority will loss it's interest of life or other such meters. The difference between old and new Democratic system is the Human Dignity is under threat .

Senator Spector (R) Act ( S . 2453 ) and Senator Mike Dewin (R) Act ( S. 2455 ) were approved by 10 to 8 without reading our First Amendment Right. House Representative Heather Wilson (R) Introduced new Version Act ( 5825) which would work without approval from the Secret Court Authorization. Thus " No doubt we are Nation of Laws " I do respect them whom opposed these unconstitutional Acts. The "Imminent threat" to our Constitution and freedom is not from outside it is from Nonsense Acts . The expression of danger is coming from Washington in manor of Unjust Act. It is time to legislate new Law to protect our First Amendment Right and remind Human beings once again that the knowledge begins through true investigation of tragedy.I was held for five days just because i wrote "Freedom of the Press in America " Thus, My freedom was taken hostage by some well educated people just because they had hard time to digest what i write . The Valerie Plame incident, Journalist being fired for writing blogs, Ajmal Mehdi, Dan Rather, Be honest to journalism, The Patriot Act, Innocent family caught in crossfire, Humanfealty . First I should start with my Constitution State where July 27, 2006 Governor signed New law for freedom of the press in Connecticut by shielding reporters from pressure to reveal confidential news sources. That day Connecticut joined over 30 other states known as a news media ‘shield’ law thank to governor. October 1, 2006 a new Act was introduce called An Act Concerning Freedom of the Press . The public Act No. 06-140 and the House bill No. 5212 which I do not understand . It was Effective in October 1, 2006. Does freedom on speech is same category as freedom of press ? It is the First Amendment Bill of Right which protect freedom of press. The problem is almost all of these Newspapers, Radio Stations, TV, Web and Wire Services owned by big Brothers , Buddies and powerful government officials some are elected and some aren't. The media is forced to report what the Government wants us to watch, hear, read and browse. The Top Dogs at all of these major corporations are Buddies . The Bill of Right has nothing to do with these Buddies. The Government officers distinguishes which materials are public and what is protected .Ever newspaper, TV,and radio has several levels of clearance requirements to confirm that Top Dog is fine with regards to the news. Shell we have some Independent Association who should ensure the free flow of any report in a Democratic Society. The "Imminent threat" to our Press, Religion and Speech is within our society .The "martial law " or such as those operating in dictatorships and monarchies should change their unjust way of monopolizing our Great American school of freedom and press . It is scares to think that the relationships among people and organizations based on dictatorship ideology .I would like to request from all these Dictators, Kings, Monarchies, Army Chiefs, Organizations, Government officials,Presidents,Vice Presidents, and Religious leaders to adopt new philosophy of Human Faith and come out from the delusion of time capsule.

We were ( Human Faith ) married in New York cut off from our families because of religious problem moved to Bristol Connecticut USA. We were very happy have two kids after married thought America is safe for us after 911 every thing changed. 1. 1996 I N J Shah went to Pakistan to drop our daughter there for four years so we could improve our education and financial condition here and decide not to go on welfare in USA was patriot Act. 2. 2000 I N J Shah Was held in Pakistan for three days when i went to bring our daughter back just because i was Indian Born . Human right Geneva office helped us get back here in Connecticut USA . That day we thanked God and blessed American justice system and freedom. 3. July 2003 Hudson United Bank called and said Mr.Mehdi you need to sign Patriot Act for one second you will think what did I do wrong then you will sing it because you have no choice . but you think what did you do wrong just wrote two Letter to editor one for New York Time and Other one to Hartford Currants about How freedom can change life.or applying for police jobs . 4. June 30 2004 he pass Citizenship test but his Oath is held need background investigation almost four years no Oath yet . 5. Next some one write 187 K-town Dr. on the Building which mean Homicide by local police department which started mental problem can not sleep up all night doing Homeland Security thinking every minute of life what's really going on is it psychological torture or real torture. 6.Lost his job because customer wanted to rearrange his face when he complained to his boss was fired from work. 7. Started losing my small business here in our town Because we love Bristol and America Business name (Bristol Fashions) due to my Husband Health. 8. Now we are sick Mental Problems, Psychological problems taking all these medicines. 1st. Clidinium/ Librax for stomach ulcer . 2nd Cymbalta 60mg Psychological Problem. 3rd Rozerem (Ramelteon) for sleeping. 4th Tylenol PM for Sleeping. 5th Tylenol Extra Strength for Pain in back and neck. 6th Lipitor. 7th Pepcid AC for Heart Burn. 8th He thinks someone is spying on him 24/7 threw his stomach with some kind of device which was given to him in food . He like to stay in bed don't go out no one to talk to he thinks every one is spying on him no more Mosque, Church,Munder and Cinagag. How would you feel when every minute of your life you just why I'm Victim of Name Discrimination , victim of civil liberties and racial profiling. How would you feel When you are driving and you feel every one driving behind you just following you. How would you feel when Customer Walks in to you store look at you and you feel they are spying on you. How would you feel when every day same issue when you talk to your family and end up with argument . How would you feel when you tell your kids if something happen to me please help your mom and be good . How would you feel when you tell your wife incase I die please move back to India. Almost every week you write letters to President or Vice President or Department of Homeland security why his name what did he do wrong no answer . We asked news media all over USA no one willing to report this issue, My question is who should we trust or ask for Help ??????????????. Psychological torture on minorities should be consider code Red or worst crime and terror on Human Being. torture of the mind can create permanent brain damage and force people to change their names and religious enrollment due to fear . major issue with Psychological torture is creating alienation of minorities which is causing personality disorder and daily function of disturb brain. I hope we wont see that day when American Dreams will turn into Nightmares. it is time to make sure Matrix Database is not just collecting names of certain minorities .Sense of urgency is needed to stop Psychological torture on Human being.
