Ratings Box: What's Hot/What's Not

Based on the final national Live + Same Day ratings results though 12 days of the Nov. 2009 sweeps, baseball-ignited Fox looks look a lock for dominance in the three surveyed categories – households, total viewers and adults 18-49. With no baseball in the year-ago mix, Fox to-date is up by as much as 104 percent in total viewers. Second-place CBS is close to year-ago levels, while the No. 3 and 4 networks, ABC and NBC, have dipped by larger margins. Although fifth-place The CW is on the plus side, keep in mind that almost invisible Sunday was included in the year-ago tallies.

Here are the results from Thursday, Oct. 29 through Monday, Nov. 9 (with percent change versus the comparable year-ago period in parentheses).
