TSX rises for 5th straight session

TORONTO (Reuters) – Toronto's main stock index rose to a two-week high on Monday as a reassuring pledge from the Group of 20 to pursue economic stimulus measures until recovery is in place helped boost investor sentiment.

The S&P/TSX composite index unofficially closed up 236.16 points, or 2.1 percent, at 11,486.58.
