Leahy says the remaining eight members of the committee will do the first round of questioning before the committee proceeds to a closed session to review the FBI report on Sotomayor. A second round of questioning will follow, but Leahy pressed senators to keep their questions short. "I hope we might be able to wrap it up," Leahy said -- and meant the senator's part of the hearing. Public witnesses will follow.
