Samsung to launch Galaxy Note II on all four major U.S. carriers

Samsung confirms Galaxy Note II to launch on all major carriers by mid-November

Samsung’s (005930) original Galaxy Note “phablet” initially launched on AT&T (T) and was offered by T-Mobile not long ago. The company will reportedly employ the same strategy it used for its Galaxy S III smartphone for its Galaxy Note II, however, and offer the device on a variety of U.S. carriers. According to a report from BriefMobile, the smartphone-tablet hybrid will be available on AT&T, Verizon (VZ), T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular and Sprint (S). All models are said to be identical to the international version, which is equipped with a 1.6GHz quad-core Exynos processor, 4G LTE and a massive 5.5-inch Super AMOLED HD display. Purported screen captures from AT&T and Verizon’s Galaxy Note II variants follow below.
