Sandra Bullock has been honored with yet another distinction - People magazine has named America's Sweetheart as Woman of the Year.

The mag honored the 46-year-old actress following a rollercoaster year of highs and lows (an Oscar, divorce from Jesse James and the adoption of son Louis) in 2010.

"Bad things happen, but she celebrates the good ones," a source close to the actress told the mag. "And Louis is a wonderful celebration of good things."

According to the mag, the actress does not have any plans to adopt another child and she's currently deciding on her next project - reportedly she has her pick from a pile of Hollywood's hottest scripts.
