SANZAR investigates complaint against NSW coach

WELLINGTON, New Zealand (AP) — Super Rugby organizer SANZAR says it is investigating a complaint that New South Wales Waratahs coach Michael Cheika abused a television sideline cameraman during his team's match against the Sharks in Durban on Saturday.

South African broadcaster Super Sport has complained Cheika had a brief confrontation with one of its employees during the match, which the Sharks won 32-10.

Super Sport spokesman Clinton van der Berg told Fairfax media "the coach objected to Super Sport filming him and he approached and abused (the cameraman). A couple of choice words were used. Where Super Sport draws the line is being threatened."

SANZAR said it received a complaint and would make no further comment until its review of the incident is completed.
