    Scout Willis Arrested For Allegedly Using A Fake ID & Drinking In Public

    Scout Willis, the 20-year-old daughter of Demi Moore and Bruce Willis, was arrested in New York City on Monday for allegedly using a fake ID and drinking a beer in public.

    A spokesperson for the New York Police Department confirmed to Access Hollywood that Demi and Bruce's daughter was charged with two misdemeanors, criminal impersonation and a violation of the open-container law.

    The 20-year-old was arrested at 6:30 PM on Monday in Union Square.

    According to The New York Daily News - who first broke the story - she was spotted with an 8-ounce Pakistani beer and when questioned by authorities she gave them a New York State ID with the name "Katherine Kelly" on it.

    After being questioned further, she reportedly told the officer, "My name is Scout Willis. The first ID isn't mine. My friend gave it to me. I don't know Katherine Kelly."

    Willis, who is a student at Brown University, is due in in Manhattan Criminal Court on July 31.
