It is the mission of the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program to “collect new, unwrapped toys during October, November and December each year, and distribute those toys as Christmas gifts to needy children in the community in which the campaign is conducted.” In doing this they provide a message of hope to thousands of less fortunate children across the US and help them to feel the joy of Christmas. Toys for Tots conduct events all year round to help raise awareness to the cause.
