Shutterstock raises $76.5 million in its IPO

NEW YORK (AP) — Shutterstock, a provider of stock photos and other images, has raised $76.5 million in its initial public offering.

The company said Thursday that it priced its IPO of 4.5 million shares at $17 per share.

Shutterstock Inc. is giving the underwriters a 30-day option to buy up to an additional 675,000 shares to cover any excess demand.

The stock is expected to start trading on Thursday under the "SSTK" ticker symbol.
