    Signature Cajun Restaurant Serves as a Hot Addition to Orlando Dining Scene

    Hot N Juicy Crawfish Sets to Spice Up Orlando’s ‘Restaurant Row’ in July 2011

    Hot N Juicy Crawfish, a specialty restaurant concept featuring a Louisiana-style Cajun flavor with a twist of its renowned blend seafood menu, has set the date for its Grand Opening celebration—Saturday, July 9th, 2011— to premiere the Central Florida location of the curiously-named restaurant brand, previously famed by patrons of their Las Vegas and Washington D.C. locations.

    Featured on the Travel Channel’s ‘Man vs. Food’ series, Hot N Juicy Crawfish’s owners will cut the ribbon at their location on Orlando’s “Restaurant Row”, located on Sand Lake Road, home for some of the most acclaimed cuisine in the Central Florida area.

    Grand Opening events are set to start at 12:00 noon on Saturday and will include special VIP guests, partners, and food critics, as well as Orlando seafood fans seeking to be the first to get a taste of Hot N Juicy Crawfish’s renowned menu.

    Hot N Juicy Crawfish is expected to cater to adventurous restaurant enthusiasts—both locals and tourists—in and around the Dr. Phillips and International Drive areas who demand high-quality service and tasteful seafood, but also crave the fun atmosphere that this chain is known for.

    “Following the success of our other three restaurants, we are very excited to bring our newest location to the food fanatics of the Central Florida area,” says Tuyen Nguyen of Hot N Juicy Crawfish. “By delivering our mix of signature seasonings and premium seafood, we hope to put a spicy smile on the faces of Orlando’s families, residents, and tourists.”

    Predicted to draw much attention with its signature fare and distinguished environment, Hot N Juicy Crawfish’s menu showcases crawfish, shrimp, crab, and oyster dishes with ingredients brought in to it’s restaurant from local sources or flown in daily.

    “We hope to captivate the Orlando audience with the charm of Louisiana roots and character of our new, energetic facility,” adds Nguyen, who has been working tirelessly to open Hot N Juicy Crawfish’s doors. “It truly is a place where you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the atmosphere of an attraction where the food—and the fun—is plentiful.”

    Hot N Juicy Crawfish’s new Orlando restaurant is offering a free pound of crawfish when you buy one during the grand opening events and will be located at 7572 W. Sand Lake Road, near the International Drive tourist district—minutes away from Universal Studios, SeaWorld and area hotels and resorts.

    Business hours for Hot N Juicy Crawfish will be 12:00 pm to 11:00 pm on Fridays and Saturdays, and 12:00 pm to 10:00 pm Sundays through Thursdays.
