    Signature Management Corp Expands Managed Services Partnership with ProviDyn

    Real estate company relies on ProviDyn to manage IT needs for over 20 properties.

    After a long-standing partnership providing managed services for the headquarters of Signature Management Corp, ProviDyn, a provider of IT support, strategy and services for small and medium-sized businesses, announced today that it has been selected to extend its managed services to over 20 properties managed by the company.

    Signature Management Corp is a privately held, diversified real estate company with expertise in managing, financing, and developing multi-family communities in the Southeast. Earlier this year, the company decided to re-evaluate the management of technology needs for its properties, hoping to find a cost effective way to bring each property the best technology and IT support possible.

    “We had an existing, successful partnership with ProviDyn, so we extended the opportunity to bid for our on-site support and IT managed Services. We interviewed three companies and were satisfied that ProviDyn would continue to be the best fit for our structure,” said Mary Conlan, Vice President of Operations for Signature Management Corp. “Our goal is to provide our communities with the best technology, support and data security possible while also being affordable. With ProviDyn, we know that support is quick and reliable and that the technology needs of our properties are in good hands.”

    Before expanding its partnership with ProviDyn, Signature Management Corp also housed its main server at the headquarters. The company decided to add an extra layer of security and protection to its IT infrastructure by moving the server to ProviDyn’s tier 4 datacenter. Moving forward, as equipment ages and timing is right, the company plans to migrate to ProviDyn’s private cloud.
