    Silicone Breast Implants More Popular Than Saline, Surgeon Says

    Dr. Mahmood Kara, a breast augmentation specialist in Toronto, says the majority of his patients choose silicone implants over saline. His findings correspond with a recent study from ASAPS.

"Depending on a person's cosmetic goals, I usually recommend combining breast augmentation with a tummy tuck and liposuction.
