They say that beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and for this century-old Lakeview two-flat in seriously rough shape, it only took four days to find a buyer. Listed as a "great opportunity for the savvy buyer", this old two-flat is certainly going to need some extensive work, or more likely, will be replaced with something new. Although the listing photos are quite unflattering, the location and the flipping potential was enough for someone to jump at the opportunity. Located near the Paulina Brown Line station, this old two-flat was listed last Friday for $599,900 and scored a contract yesterday.
