JOHANNESBURG (Reuters) - The South African central bank's leading business cycle indicator fell 0.2 percent month-on-month in March, weighed down by a drop in the number of residential building plans passed and a decline in the dollar-based export commodity price index. The indicator collates data including vehicle sales, job advertisements, business confidence and money supply to gauge the economic outlook.
