JOHANNESBURG (Reuters) - South Africa can no longer postpone consolidating its budget as the room for fiscal expansion has been reduced, Finance Minister Nhlanhla Nene said on Thursday. Nene also told a business breakfast meeting that the top priorities for Africa's most advanced economy included stabilising labour relations and increasing energy supply.
