The App focuses on five main categories of food, drinks, clothing, toys and emotions and comes pre-loaded with hundreds of real photographs.

    The convenience of having this app in a portable device like an iTouch or iPhone is that it is readily accessible anytime, anywhere without the hassle of carrying around picture cards. The Communicating Basic Needs App has been designed to be very user-friendly and easy to use so that even young children with ASD can learn to use it quickly.

    One of the most powerful features of the FULL version is its customization and reporting functions. Through Special Learning’s Mobile Dashboard, a web-based portal, consumers can customize by uploading their own image and voice files to replace pre-loaded images, obtain frequency data collected on the device through its easy to use sync-ing feature, and manage all purchased apps from Special Learning through a single dashboard.
