Looks like that Aaron Paul movie did its job.

After a one-year absence, Need for Speed returns this fall for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. It’s a reboot of publisher Electronic Arts’ urban racing franchise, and Ghost Games is handling the development.

In a press release, EA said the new game will have a “nocturnal open world,” an engaging story, and a lot of customization options for your cars. Helping with development is Speedhunters, a car-culture website of writers and photographers EA launched seven years ago to support the Need for Speed games.

“Need for Speed is one of the most iconic names in gaming, and we’re returning it to greatness in this reboot,” said Ghost Games executive producer Marcus Nilsson in a statement. “Pulling on our 20 years of history, and then taking a year out from releasing a game, we are making the game we’ve always wanted to. We’re listening to the fans and delivering an experience that will capture their imagination and unleash their passion for cars and speed.”

The last Need for Speed console game was Need for Speed Rivals in 2013, which Ghost Games also made. You can see a teaser trailer for the reboot below. A full gameplay trailer will debut on June 15.
