    The Spencer Institute’s Online Lifestyle Fitness Coach Certification Program Combines Aspects of Life Coaching and Personal Training

It is approved for continuing education credits (CECs) for the Spencer Institute, ISSA and NESTA. A previous personal training or group exercise certification is recommended but is not required.
