    Austin, Texas Embraces New Healthy Snack Concept Thanks to New Operators Andrea and Dan Sumber

    Sprout Healthy Vending, a national leader in taking the vending industry in a healthy direction at work, school and in the community, adds newest operators, Andrea and Dan Sumber. The Sumber’s will be operating their machines out of Austin, Texas.

    “I’m passionate about the health food industry and am excited to offer healthy snacks to people of all ages in convenient locations. I’d love to bridge the gap between convenience and health food,” Andrea states. The Sumbers understand the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle with Andrea being a hollistic health counselor and Dan running half and full marathons when he can.

    They also recognize the importance of eating on the go but they want to offer a healthy snack on the go. In today’s society with a rise in childhood obesity they recognize something needs to be done starting with children’s food options in schools but they don’t want to stop there. It is important to them to provide the same choices for people of all ages in any capacity.

    Not surprisingly the Sumber’s are thrilled with the Sprout Experience thus far, “the Sprout Team is exactly what we were hoping for when we got started”. The Sumber’s continue, “Sprout has been incredible.     When looking at the future of their current locations, the Sumber’s are expecting a very positive response and are looking forward to seeing the positive changes take effect in Austin. “We are really optimistic. It seems like the locations are really excited to offer healthy snacks and so are we.”

    Sumber continues, “We are predicting a very high success rate in our town. Austin is a health conscious city to begin with and I am very certain that health food and convenience will go hand in hand in Austin.”
