Starz's Canceled Magic City Is Being Resurrected as a Movie, With Bruce Willis and Bill Murray Joining the Cast

The Miramar Playa hotel is back open for business.

Starz's Magic City which was canceled last year after two seasons, is being resurrected as a feature film with much of the original cast set to reprise their roles, Deadline reports.

Not only will series regulars Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Danny Huston, Kelly Lynch, and Olga Kurylenko all return, but Bruce Willis and Bill Murray are joining the cast.

Series creator Mitch Glazer wrote the script and will direct the film, which will be set in Miami in 1962. "The chance to explore this wild time and place and this compelling family saga is a dream come true," he said in a statement.

Glazer's previous film credits include The Recruit and Scrooged, the latter of which starred Murray.
