    After receiving his medical degree in 1975 from the Baylor College of Medicine, Dr. McNeese completed a residency at Baylor College of Medicine followed by a general surgery residency at LAC & USC Medical Center. He has since become a member of the American Board of Plastic Surgery, the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, and the Los Angeles Surgical Society. He is also a supporting Member of the Burbank Chamber of Commerce and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
