Anticipating an exciting term this fall at the Supreme Court on the heels of several major rulings last month, National Constitution Center president and CEO Jeffrey Rosen is again taking your questions about the Constitution, the high court, and more.

Rosen will answer your questions in an upcoming episode of the Constitution Center’s “We the People” podcast.

The inaugural edition of “Ask Jeff” featured an array of thoughtful questions, including:

  • Do the Justices act as neutral arbiters or political actors? What is the “zone of twilight”?

  • What happens when the Supreme Court gives an order and the President does not follow it?
