Sunday Shows: Scalia Says Guns May Be Regulated

On today’s Sunday shows: Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia said the Second Amendment leaves room to regulate guns; Mitt Romney makes efforts to clarify his position on Israel and Iran; and the latest Newsweek cover, headlined “The Wimp Factor” with an image of Romney smiling, apparently doesn't bother him.

Scalia: Guns May be Regulated
Justice Antonin Scalia, one of the Supreme Court's most vocal and conservative justices, said that the Second Amendment leaves room for U.S. legislatures to regulate guns, including menacing hand-held weapons.

Romney Clarifies Comments on Iran
Mitt Romney said that "I respect the right of Israel to defend itself," and that all U.S. diplomatic, economic and military options should be employed to keep Iran from obtaining nuclear weapons, as he and his campaign sought to clarify an adviser's remark that was interpreted as giving Israel a green light to attack Iran.

Romney Not Worried About ‘The Wimp Factor’
Romney may object to some labels, but apparently calling him a "wimp" is not one of them. He said as much in response to a recent Newsweek cover that carries the headline “Romney: The Wimp Factor” over a photo of his smiling face.
