    Super Bowl Temptations Derail hCG Dieters

    Following the festivities of Super Bowl XLVI, it seems that dieters everywhere have entered into a panic. Super Bowl parties typically consist of fried, greasy and fattening dishes that are almost impossible to avoid. The influx of emails and phone calls from worried men and women that cheated on their diet plan has led hCG Blog to explain how to get the hCG diet back on track after an incident of cheating.

    The extreme weight loss that hCG drops and injections provide is no doubt appealing, but adhering to the exact hCG diet plan takes self-control and determination. Even the most dedicated dieters can fall victim to the abundance of unhealthy foods offered at nearly every Super Bowl celebration. Following Super Bowl XLVI, HCG Blog was flooded with questions from hCG dieters who had gone astray and were derailed on their weight loss quest. With so many visitors concerned about how to get their hCG diet back on track, HCG Blog explains how to continue weight loss with hCG following a bout of unhealthy eating.

    “The Giants versus Patriots faceoff on Sunday appears to have caused many hCG dieters to cheat on their 500 calorie hCG weight loss plan,” explains HCGBlog.com founder Wendy Miles. “But now that the celebrations are over, many people are beginning to feel guilty and are unsure how to restore their hCG diet. But while sticking to the hCG diet guidelines is key, it is possible to get back on track and lose one to two pounds per day.”

    Dieters who succumbed to the fattening temptations of nachos, beer, wings, pizza and more may consider foregoing their hCG diet altogether – but this is not the solution. Yes cheating can temporarily slow down results, but further weight loss is still possible. The most important thing is to get back on track right away – the sooner the hCG diet is resumed, the faster the weight loss recovery. Cheating typically results in two to three days of decelerated weight loss, but this slowdown will eventually speed back up. Those who have cheated on their diet should increase water consumption and can even cut out their “bread item” servings. If a weight loss stall continues for more than four days, an apple day should be performed.
