How to make sure you get the BlackBerry Passport before it sells out

BlackBerry teaches us how to ditch our iPhones and Android phones for a BlackBerry phone

The BlackBerry Passport, which BlackBerry says has consumers “clamoring,” is now available for pre-registration. This isn’t the same as being available for pre-order, mind you — it’s just a signup to make sure you get all of the latest information on the device, presumably including when you’ll actually be able to place your order for it.

In its signup page for the Passport, BlackBerry touts the device’s “large, square touch screen for an amazing viewing experience,” its “innovative touch-enabled keyboard lets you perform many touch functions right on the keyboard” and its ability to give you “more than a full day of battery life to keep up with your busy schedule.”

The Passport is a device that’s being targeted toward business professionals who want a phone that will help them be more productive. BlackBerry says that the device will offer them the best of both worlds with a physical keyboard and a 4.5-inch square display. The device is expected to release in September, when it will go head-to-head with such industry heavyweights as the iPhone 6 and the Galaxy Note 4.

Any BlackBerry fans who want to make absolutely certain that they can get their hands on the Passport this fall should check out BlackBerry’s pre-registration page by clicking the source link below.
