AT&T workers go on strike in three states

AT&T workers go on strike in three states [updated]

AT&T (T) on Tuesday said that workers in California, Nevada and Connecticut have all started strike actions to protest lack of progress in contract talks, Reuters reports. Unions in the three states decided to strike despite the fact that AT&T had come to a tentative agreement with unions in several southern states about a new contract that covered wages and pensions for around 22,000 workers. AT&T hasn’t given any indication yet as to how these strikes will affect services in the three states.
