"Taylor and Harry [were] being very smoochie," a source at the party told People. "They definitely [looked] like a couple."

Harry kept his arm around the "Red" singer and the pair shared a few lip-locks, the source added.

While Taylor seems happy with Harry (the couple has been spotted all over The Big Apple this week), the pop/country cutie says she just doesn't understand how to make relationships "last."

In an interview with Cosmo UK for their January issue, Taylor said, "I've never had a really long relationship, so I have no idea what that's like. Wish me luck for the future!"

Adding, "I really don't have any rules about dating when it comes to height, age, career choice, anything like that. It doesn't matter. It's really more about strength of character. When it comes to age I've been all over the map!"
