TDOT: Multi-vehicle crash on I-26 impacted morning commutes

GRAY, Tenn. (WJHL) – A multi-vehicle crash in Washington County caused closures and delays on Interstate I-26 earlier Thursday morning.

According to the Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) SmartWay traffic map, the collision occurred at mile marker 13 on I-26.

The crash was reported at 6:54 a.m.

As of 10 a.m., the crash appeared to be cleared and traffic was moving freely.

This is a developing story. News Channel 11 will continue to update the status of this crash both on-air and online as more details become available.
