The website also includes the Genshai Shop featuring motivational products designed by Ann and featured artists. The Shop currently includes 2 exclusive designs by local artist Albert Kohnke, ‘Integrity – Without it Nothing Works’ and ‘Hold On To The Ones You Love.’ Also being featured are items from the collections of Sandy Comstock, a well-known designer who stamps inspirational messages into her designs. Through the Genshai Gives Back program, a percentage of each Genshai Shop purchase is donated to local schools to utilize for scholarships, materials or teaching supplies.
“Genshai is an ancient Hindi word that means ‘you should never treat yourself or another person in a manner that makes one feel small’,” concluded Ann Low. “As a metal designer, I have always tried to create things that help people show off their pride, spirit and inspirations in a positive and fun way. Launching Genshai Designs is something I have wanted to do since my youngest went off to college. I am excited to have created a way to make a difference and be a part of both the sports and philanthropic worlds.”
