El Paso County upgrades agenda system

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — El Paso County is announcing the launch of a new agenda system for the public.

The new system, called OneMeeting, is set to launch on Monday, May 13 during the Commissioners Court meeting, according to the news release by El Paso County.

According to the news release, the county’s change of agenda system reaffirms their commitment to transparency and accessibility.

OneMeeting will include video indexing that will allow the public to locate agenda items and topics of interest easily.

The system also includes electronic voting for Commissioners Court members, closed captions and transcription services in both English and Spanish.

According to the county, residents can view live-streamed videos and on-demand recordings from anywhere, anytime.

OneMeeting will be utilized by other boards and commissions within the County.
