    'Tentative' Payroll-Cut Deal Is Reached

    Congress has reached a tentative agreement to extend an employee payroll-tax holiday as well as federal unemployment benefits and a Medicare pay fix, according to senior House and Senate aides.

    A senior House aide familiar with the talks said that House lawmakers, who met Tuesday evening, have tentatively OK'd the deal.  Under the plan, a 10-month extension of a payroll-tax holiday will not be paid for. The deal will result in a conference committee report that both chambers are expected to pass this week.

      Typical sophmoronic though process by both parties' leadership. Spend the PEOPLE'S money without knowing how or were to pay for it. Never mind the schleps won't care just business as usual.
      Ask yourself this, "what is going to happen when the 53% that pays taxes go on strike and don't work?" Go ahead and eat your young and who provides in the future? When the farmers go strike and don't plant. Will the government mandate that the farmers shall plant. What do the politicians say when the farmer asks how do plant the seeds or when and how do
      you pick fresh corn?
      Better yet, "WHO IS JOHN GALT?" As the book said you asked for it ...andnow it's yours.
