Tesla skids; Shake Shack 'underweight'; AMD hits new low

Shake Shack 

Investors lost their appetite for Shake Shack (SHAK). Shares of the burger chain took a dive after Morgan Stanley downgraded it to "underweight" from "equal weight" The firm believes the stock is "overpriced" and kept its price target at $38 a share, that's more than 35% below Monday's closing price. Morgan Stanley said its "brand-related euphoria" is not supported by market fundamentals.

Advanced Micro Devices 

Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) took a big hit. The chip maker sank to a 2-and-a-half year low after cutting its guidance. AMD blamed weak demand in personal computers and said revenue for the second-quarter will be down 8%. The stock's price target was also cut at UBS and Wedbush.

Tesla 

Tesla (TSLA) skid on a downgrade. Deutsche Bank is now rating the electric car maker a "hold" from "buy". The price target, however was raised by $35 to $280 a share, which is closer to the stock's current trading price. The firm's revision comes from "insufficient risk/reward" to maintain the most bullish call status.
