This Is Meant To Be A Mouth-Watering Burger King Double Rodeo BBQ Burger
You know how it is, you fancy something a bit naughty, you check out the menu and see a plump, fat, juicy burger on the menu and you want it.
Well, that is the dream - this is the reality.
Danny Allen popped into a Burger King in Edinburgh and couldn’t resist trying out the Double Rodeo BBQ burger.
And who can blame him - two beef patties, cheese and the all-important onion rings topped off with some smoke BBQ sauce.
Sounds great, looks great - right?
Well, yes - but what Danny got was nothing like what the picture promised.
A giant bun with a couple of tiny beef patties is what Danny was actually served, with a blob of bbq sauce and some limp onion rings - all of which barely taking up the space of the bread.
He tweeted the pathetic-looking meal to Burger King, writing: “Paid £6 for this at BK Edinburgh Fort Kinnaird…No wonder the place is like a ghost town.”
The promotional spiel for the burger on the companies website states: “A true taste of the wild-west. Two 100 per cent flame-grilled beef patties, two breaded onion rings, and cheese. All topped with a western barbecue sauce.”
Somehow we think cowboys would not be very happy if they got served this burger after a day on the ranch…
