For something a bit different: Use your Nespresso machine to make a Vanilla Amaretti espresso as normal. Pour it into a shaker along with the juice from ¼ of a lime, 20mL of almond syrup and some ice cubes. Give it a good shake and pour into a chilled glass. Simple yet satisfying for a summer Christmas!

For lovers of tropical tang

Combining the flavour of dark chocolate with a hint of ginger, the Ciocco Ginger coffee variant gives a truly festive taste to your cuppa.

For something a bit different: Try a Tropical Ciocco Ginger Coffee. Start by adding ¼ of a lemon, sliced, into a glass. Add in 10mL of cherry syrup, a handful of crushed ice and 150mL of ginger beer. In a separate glass, use your Nespresso to make a 40mL shot of Ciocco Ginger espresso and whisk with 3 ice cubes to cool it down. Then pour this on top of your ginger beer mixture for a tropical Christmas treat.

For lovers of spice

Take things up a notch with the Vanilla Cardamom variant. The combination of vanilla and cardamom gives your coffee a little spicy kick.

For something a bit different: Try a Vanilla Cardamom Lemonade. Crush six cardamom seeds and mix with 15mL of fresh lemon juice, 20mL of liquid cane sugar and 150mL of sparkling water. Pour into a glass and add crushed ice. Make a 40mL shot of Vanilla Cardamom espresso and shake with a couple of ice cubes. Pour this into the lemonade glass and enjoy!
