Curbed LA's host of armchair archicritic readers has weighed in, and the verdict on this Atomic Ranch in Toluca Lake is: happily, even "shockingly" intact. On the one hand, "it's gonna need more than a few mid-century chairs and a couple tulip tables to bring it to life," but hey, at least there aren't many deplorable so-called "improvements" in need of rolling back. Pictured in full over at Curbed LA, the two-bedroom was built in 1958 by custom home builder Armand LeTourneau, and is currently on offer for $1M.
