Time Lapse: Barcelona GO!

Time Lapse: Barcelona GO!

"Wow! That's amazing. How the heck did he do that?"

That's the chain of thoughts that will repeat over and over again as you watch Rob Whitworth's "Barcelona GO!" Stylistically, the video appears to be a hyperlapse. However, Whitworth has dubbed it "flow-motion -- a fast moving short film."

Commissioned by the Catalan Tourism Board, "Barcelona GO!" took Whitworth 363 hours to complete. From start to finish, the spectacular imagery grabs you and doesn't let go. It's easy to see how Vimeo selected it as one of it's Staff Picks.

Some of the key locations that can be seen in the video include Museu Nacional d'Art de Catalunya, Gran Teater del Liceu, Sagrada Familia, Museu D'Historia De Barcelona, Palau de la Música and Santa Maria del Pi.

You can see more of Whitworth's work on his website, and follow him on Twitter.
