TiVo CFO resigns, VP of corporate development and strategy Naveen Chopra to take her place
SAN JOSE, Calif. (AP) -- Digital video recording company TiVo Inc. on Thursday announced the resignation of its chief financial officer and named another executive as her replacement.
Naveen Chopra, who previously served as senior vice president of corporate development and strategy, will succeed Anna Brunelle, who will leave the company after a transition period to pursue other opportunities, TiVo said.
Chopra joined TiVo in 2003 after working for Moxi, Microsoft/Web TV and several startups, the company said.
San Jose, Calif.-based TiVo also said that Dan Phillips, its senior vice president of engineering and operations, will move to the role of chief operating officer. In addition, Jeff Klugman, its senior vice president for revenue and product, will become executive vice president for products and revenue.
TiVo shares fell 17 cents to $12.48 in morning trading.
