Tom Cruise visits West End musical

Tom Cruise paid a visit to the cast of a West End musical on Friday night (13.02.15).

The 52-year-old actor stunned the performers of the 'Beautiful - The Carole King Musical' over the weekend after he rocked up to the Aldwych Theatre in London to give the stars a bit of moral support before their opening night next week.

The hunky US star, who was dressed in dark jeans and a black fitted jumper, grinned from ear-to-ear as he cuddled up to the leading cast members for a cute photograph backstage.

The production, which is directed by Marc Bruni, is based on the early life and career of legendary singer-songwriter Carole King and shows the untold story of her journey from school girl to a superstar, including her relationship with husband Gerry Goffin.

The show will see Katie Brayben play the title role of Carole King, while Alan Morrissey will portray her spouse Gerry.

The theatrical performance will also feature some of Carole's classics as the cast of 26 belt out the lyrics to hits such as 'So Far Away', 'It Might As Well Rain Until September', 'Take Good Care of my Baby' and 'Will You Love Me Tomorrow.'

The show will run from February 24 until June 13, with booking prices ranging from £15 to £67.50 depending on the day and time.

Meanwhile, Tom is currently in England's capital while he shoots scenes for the forthcoming movie 'Mission: Impossible 5.'
