Carrie Underwood: An All-Star Holiday Special reminded me of what I used to hear critics say about double albums back in the days of vinyl: Nearly all of them would be better off as single albums.The two-hour show had several excellent performances, but I can't help but think it would've been more enjoyable had it been cut to one hour.
