Associated Press - November 10, 2009 6:45 PM ET NEW YORK (AP) - A fifth foreign mission to the United Nations has received an envelope with a suspicious white powder inside.
Less than 24 hours after three envelopes containing white powder were sent to three foreign missions, The German mission to the UN confirmed today that it also received the white substance.
