A newly elected member of the McDonald school board is headed to court on a drunk driving charge. Jack Dugan Jr. was charged with leaving the scene of an accident Thanksgiving day. Dugan allegedly drove a car into a utility pole on Oregon Avenue in McDonald and then left. The car was later found parked in a driveway on Florida Avenue. Dugan is scheduled to appear in Niles court this Tuesday.
