Rahaxi Inc. today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary Freestar Dominicana has entered into a partnership agreement with UniCarte, a division of UNIBANK Haiti. The partnership is based on a 50/50 profit-sharing agreement on the sales of electronic pins and recharge/top-up transactions for telecommunication companies in Haiti, such as Digicel, Comcell, and Haititel.
