Cameron County is continuing to be reimbursed for money spent as a result of Hurricane Dolly last year. The costs incurred during and after the 2008 hurricane were numerous. Buildings, roads, parks and bridges had to be repaired.
Harlingen IRS office officially reopened on Monday after being closed for 16 months due to damage from Hurricane Dolly.
HARLINGEN - A Harlingen IRS office damaged and closed during Hurricane Dolly is set to re-open. The taxpayer assistance center will be located at Star Point Plaza II in Harlingen. That's at 1810 Hale Avenue, Suites 1-4. It will be open to the public starting Monday at 12:30 p.m. Taxpayers can get face to face assistance at the center.
