INDIANAPOLIS | Andy Miller, Commissioner of the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles, announced that BMV license branches in Dubois, Franklin, Lake, LaPorte, Marion, Perry, Porter, Ripley, St. Joseph and Wells counties will extend hours Nov. 2 and 3 to issue state identification cards and driver's licenses that may be needed for identification when voting.
