Nov. 27 (Bloomberg) -- Kapchorua Tea Co. Ltd, a Kenyan grower of the leaf, said profit for the first half through September climbed to 44.8 million shillings from 13.2 million shillings year earlier, according to a statement sent by the Nairobi Stock Exchange.
