Judge Juneal C. Kerrick will allow the public defender for Sheryl Lynn Sasenbery to get a mental health evaluation for Sasenbery. Sasenbery is charged with stabbing her Caldwell roommate to death in June. The request will allow a doctor to assist the defense, Canyon County deputy prosecutor David Christensen said.
