DRUG POSSESSION: Andrew Harris and Ryan Miracle, both 18 at the time of their arrest and both of Chambersburg, were charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, following a 2:55 a.m. Nov. 14 traffic stop, according to Shippensburg Police.
